AS sometimes happens the part fails after service. In this instance that happened, no fault of 1Stop. The service I received after reporting was the best I have ever received. Matt said don't worry we will take care of it. The mechanic had to try three different parts until they found one that was just right. 1Stop covered the tow truck, the parts, and labor at no charge. I strongly suggest, if you need an honest, reliable mechanic you give 1Stop a try, you will not be disappointed with the friendly, honest and very capabable service. Top-Notch Shop.

My regular mechanic was unable to figure out my problem, 1Stop was sure from the start that they could diagnose and fix the issue. They did exactly that. Completed the service when advised it would be, kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle, and OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I would not hesitate to recommend 1Stop for your automotive repair needs.

Traveling in my small rv it became clear I needed new shocks. Matt gave me a quote when I stopped by, the shocks were ordered and two days later I returned to have them installed. The whole procedure was painless and done faster than I expected while I waited in the front room. Both Matt and Randal were very pleasant to deal with, and best of all: my suspension problem has been solved!
