Tucson Auto Repair

Justin and the mechanics were very professional and friendly. Kept me appraised of the work being done and answered all the questions I had. Highly recommend One Stop Automotive

These guys are great! I had some serious issues with my car which is 30 years old and this shop diagnosed the problem, kept me informed of additional cost that needed my approval, then proceeded to fix my problem! I highly recommend this shop and the mechanics working there! They are very professional and highly knowledgeable individauls. This is my go to shop now and will recommend it to anyone that needs to get thier car fixed right! Outstanding customer service!! Thanks 1Stop!

I had a really great experience with OneStop Automotive. The people there are genuinely honest and truly care about helping you get your car fixed the right way. I brought in my 2019 vehicle that needed a flywheel replacement, and they handled everything professionally from start to finish.

The service was wonderful and they took care of all issues my car needed with care and honesty.

This shop went above and beyond to fix my truck. I really cant thank them enough. I dont usually leave reviews, but I felt it was the least I could do to express my gratitude. I now know where to take my vehicles when I need repairs!

They not only do a great job; but they are friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I enjoy going in and getting my car worked on.

This shop goes above and beyond for their customers. Steve is the best and keeps you informed at all times. My new and only car repair shop now.

Amazing people! Helped me a lot

So I see now I have bought a lemon car but heres the good news I was referred to 1stop auto and they have kept my car running , just had it in there and Steve & crew repaired my air conditioner fan I cant say enough about this shop how great and professional they are Steve and crew has restored my trust in mechanics, they are honest and above board You need to check them out if you have a need

You know many times we base opinions , as imperfect humans , merely on self interest rather than all around realistic and truthful facts . One Stop Automotive had worked on my car in the past and they did an excellent job but when another problem arose and I took it to them I did not like the diagnosis so I selfishly denounced them. The owner made attempts to reach out to me to rectify the problem that was actually me ! A year or two passed and I had another issue with my car and they respectfully took me as a valued customer and repaired my vehicle as if nothing had ever happened ! These guys are not only true professionals in the profession but as human beings as well ! I highly recommend this shop !
