One Stop Automotive is work well done and they always go the extra step! Quick turn-around on all my repairs. I just feel secure in their service and performance and I don't have to shop their prices... they are fair!

One stop Automotive is the best mechanic in town. They have been my mechanic for the past 8 years. I trust them completely, and they have never let me down. The combination of Randal and Matt ensures that the communication and service is Excellent.

I highly recommend 1STOP. Randall, the owner, and his staff were great to work with, very helpful and honest. I picked this Shop because of the good reviews and was not disappointed. My car seemed to be having suspension issues. Although it could have been the condition of the Tucson roads. I had a $500 estimate from another shop that told me I needed shocks and an alignment. I took my car into 1STOP to get a second opinion. After they inspected my car, I was told that I had no suspension issues but there was too much air in the tires. Plus no charge for the inspection.

I just know that when I take my care to One Stop Automotive, that it will be taken care of in a way that I do not have to worry about being taken advantage of. Wonderful Pease of Mind! 6/22/21 Not only do they care, but they are TOTALLY into making your vehicle work as good as it should. I went yesterday and had a new battery put in my key so I could open the doors, and at the same time they checked my A/C. Super Good! I have found a home for my car repair!

Just picked up my Tahoe from them...check engine light....gone!!! I love them at 1 Stop Automotive...the only place I will take my vehicles! Their very honest and friendly!!!
