I am very late with this review. A friend referred me to One Stop Auto, earlier this summer. One vehicle ended up having an expensive preferred maintenance project done. I was so grateful for Steve and Randall et al, to find a major problem early and fix it before a tragic engine failure would doom the car. Yes, it cost money. The second vehicle, a Jeep, ended up with a major rebuild, yup, major rebuild. More money, money and more money. These same services would be very expensive anywhere!! However, these guys are so professional and so courteous to customers: trust me, I was there several times to witness this. My customer service experience was exceptionally great. Steve always called with updates: good ones, not so good ones,, and yes, not very good news at all. They were so respectful to me and answered all my questions, gave me options, gave me quotes, gave me water after the quotes!!! LOL. They did not charge me "car bay" rent, considering how long the jeep was there. Steve spent hours and days procuring all the necessary parts for both vehicles until all the work was totally done to my satisfaction. The professional mechanics did major work on both vehicles. I can't imagine going anywhere else locally, and I appreciate a family owned business not afraid to show love for their country, for which they served.

I absolutely love Steve and the care with which they handled my car . They called every step of the way during the diagnostic process. I had had a few mechanics attempting to fix my car at astronomically high prices prior to finding one stop. My car was towed an dropped off after hours which wasn’t an issue at all. They quickly found the issue and repaired it right away . They are my new neighborhood mechanic and I can’t explain how great the care an service were priceless actually then to top it off totally affordable!

When I brought my SUV in, I know I will be facing a repair challenge. My electrical harness to engine got chewed up by pack rats and the engine lights came on as the result. It is a challenge because the engine harness is difficult to come by and not every technician can fix it even when the part is available. Steve helped me at the reception desk and assured me my car is in the right hands. "We can fix it" is what he told me. That simple words really helped me in peace. They even arranged a rental vehicle with discounts. Randall, the owner of the shop, not only personally gave me the lifting service to the car rental, but also picked me up when the repair completed. As a customer, I cannot ask for more. After picking up my car, the engine warning lights is gone and the vehicle drives much better. I was able to pass DMV emission test and got the new registration for 2022! Thank you Steve, Randall and whichever technician did the actual repair for me! From now on, I will bring all my vehicle to this business for good. I strongly recommend this business to anyone need the help especially when you are in a dire situation!

Randall greeted me with a smile on Monday morning at 8 am! He filled my A/C with Freon and checked everything thoroughly all within one day! His prices were much less than Chapman Honda. I recommended him to the Lyft driver Roxann. He was recommended to me by my good friends! It is so important to be able to trust your auto mechanic🙏🏽! After 3 weeks and over $1500 in repairs and labor at Firestone for an electrical problem they never found, I took my 2007 Pathfinder to One Stop Automotive. Randall and his team found the problem in less than a day. The power steering pump was leaking into the alternator causing all kinds of issues with the electronics and transmission. Awesome job and I got a call back a few days later asking if everything was working correctly. That's customer service!
