The workers were very professional and were very knowledgeable about the issues my wife's car was having with the a/c. On top of that, I'm very positive they had even taken it to a car wash for us which was pretty sweet.

Excellent service and work done on my vehicle by One Stop for over 5 years now! They go above and beyond! Love these guys!

As a woman, I am never listened to when it comes to my vehicle and more times than not providers will talk over me to my husband- he knows 0 and I have worked on cars all my life. This shop respected me. They heard me. They LISTENED to a woman! The dealer couldn’t service for 3 weeks. I had my car towed here and just wow! My vehicle was ready to go before 5 and it didn’t arrive until after noon. The cost was a lot less than I expected and even showed us how to transport our car if ever the issue happened again. This will be my shop for all future repairs and service. Please don’t change a thing. 💖

I cannot rave enough about this shop. As a woman we are oft ignored and bypassed when it comes to vehicle repairs and service. We are spoken over, they’ll speak to the male with us etc. I have never felt more respected and HEARD as a human being. Our vehicle broke down and we had it towed to the dealer. The dealer wouldn’t have time for 3 weeks to fit it in. This place got us in the same day, after noon actually, and repaired everything before 5 for us to pick it up. The costs were about 1/4 of my expectation. To be respected, heard and not taken advantage of will have us using this shop for any and all future needs. Please don’t change.💖

I took my older vehicle in for an oil change, brake inspection, and some items I wanted checked. Randall and his team listened to my concerns and questions. They were very professional & thorough, explaining what they found and what was needed. I feel so relieved to have a competent, caring place for all of my vehicle needs. My truck and I are grateful for One Stop Automotive and I appreciate the peace of mind.

Through out the years I've taken my vehicles here. Randall and Matt have always been honest with me in regards to auto problems. These guys run a business with some of the best integrity practices I've seen, and I highly recommend them!
