Cabin air filters are installed in your vehicles HVAC system and are designed to filter dirty and other particulates out of the air. They should be inspected at every oil change. Manufactures recommend changing this filter every 15,000 miles. As the filter becomes more plugged, less air volume with enter the cabin.
